1 BAIT/5 REASONS: Why Stefan favors a “hybrid” glide/jerk/slash bait created for live sonar

June 15, 2024 • Bass Pro Tour

Coming from the north, Wisconsin-based Bass Pro Tour angler Matt Stefan knows a thing or two about glide baits and jerk/slashbaits for multiple species of fish. When Berkley introduced the new Finisher to the market under its Berkley FFS umbrella of baits designed for use with foward-facing sonar, it came with the label “glide bait.” But as Stefan demonstrates in this Major League Lesson, the Finisher is so much more.

Stefan likens the bait to a “jerkbait, glide bait, slash-style bait hybrid” due to its versatility, and its functionality in varying depths of water. Check out Stefan’s five compelling reasons why this one bait should be in your arsenal (for both FFS applications, or without electronic eyes).
