OCALA, Fla. — With a $200,000 double-target on his back, Dave Lefebre was sweating bullets in the final period of the Championship Round of Kubota Heavy Hitters Presented by Bass Pro Shops on Orange Lake. He was mere ounces ahead of the second-place angler and everyone in the top five was within striking distance of claiming the No. 1 position on SCORETRACKER® – and the whole field was always one cast away from topping his 9-pound, 3-ounce largemouth for the $100,000 Berkley Big Bass bonus.

But, a 3-5 caught in the final stretch provided some relief until lines out and the double victory was made official for Pennsylvanian angler who was then presented with the title belt – a fitting finish for his Bass Pro Tour career.
