While Dean Rojas locked it in for the lead with 16 bass weighing 44 pounds, 11 ounces for a 5-pound lead over second place, it was a different story along the cut line. Jacob Wheeler rocketed up to the Top 10 where four anglers were all one scorable bass away from claiming the coveted last spot to qualify for the Knockout Round, but he maintained the 10th-place position with 10 bass weighing 25-9.
