When Qualifying Day 3 of the Toyota Heavy Hitters Presented by Venmo came to an end, we spoke with three MLF pros who had a great day on the Kissimmee Chain, despite the fact that the bite was slow while the hot Florida sun beat down on them.

Matt Lee stayed in the same offshore spot for much of Qualifying Days 1 and 3, which helped him move from 12th place to fifth place on Tuesday.

Jared Lintner stayed shallow, and moved from 24th to 16th place on while taking advantage of the topwater bite.

However, it was Anthony Gagliardi who had the most ground to make up when he started the day in 34th place. He caught only two fish during his first day on the Kissimmee Chain. During Qualifying Day 3, he landed eight bass for 25 pounds, 5 ounces and ended the day in 13th place. He has qualified for every Knockout Round so far this season.
