Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits plus fish release area. There is no fishing inside the break barriers at Conley Bottom Marina. Inside the No Wake buoys inside General Burnside State Park is fishable waters. Fishing License: A Kentucky license is required and may be purchased online at takemefishing.org. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 15" Largemouth, 18" Smallmouth & 12" true Spotted Bass Boater Entry Fee: $300 Co-Angler Entry Fee: $150
