Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits apply plus 50 yards either side of fish release Fishing License: Tennessee waters require a Tennessee license. Virginia waters require a Virginia license. State licenses may be purchased at takemefishing.org. A type 63 license allows you to fish both states. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 12" Spotted and Largemouth Bass, 15" Smallmouth Bass
