Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits plus 50 yards either side of fish release, Plus you cannot go past a straight line from Point Lookout MD and Smith Point Virgina into Chesapeake Bay Fishing License: Maryland and Virginia license do reciporate and may be purchased at takemefishing.org, however, fishing above the Woodrow Wilson Bridge does require a D.C. license. All anglers fishing Maryland waters must be prepared to present a valid drivers license or Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 12"
