Off Limits: Standard MLF BIG5 off limits apply plus anything inside Star Point No Wake Zone. Fishing License: Kentucky waters require a Kentucky license. Tennessee waters require a Tennessee license. Licenses may be purchased online at takemefishing.org. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 15" on Largemouth Bass, 2 Smallmouth Bass per day, 1 over 21" & 1 under 16", 12" on Spotted Bass
