GALLERY: Anglers Prepare to Make the Most of the Toyota Series Season Finale
MASSENA, N.Y. – A cool fall morning at the Massena Intake Dam set the stage for the Day 2 takeoff at the Toyota Series Presented by A.R.E. Northern Division season finale. More than 140 boats will be competing on the St. Lawrence River on Friday, and the pros and Strike King co-anglers are working to make the Top-25 cut in order to fish on Championship Saturday. Anglers are fishing both shallow and deep spots while keeping an eye on the water temperature, which is expected to drop over the next couple of days.
The St. Lawrence didn’t disappoint on Day 1, and the pros know they’ll need to bring at least 20 pounds to the weigh-in on Day 2 if they want to make the cut. You can watch the weigh-in live on MajorLeagueFishing.com at 3 p.m. ET.
