The final original program of the summer will air on June 29 and will recap angling action from Lake Champlain as well as offer several segments laden with angling advice from pro fishermen.

Carlton Wing and Taylor Carr will host “FLW Outdoors” from the studio location in Little Rock, Ark. Here’s a look at highlights from the program to originally air on Saturday, June 29:

– We’ll recap of the Forrest Wood Open, including the record catch and a final weigh-in that was decided by a single ounce.

– You’ll meet winner Sam Newby, who will visit us in our studio.

– We’ll also chronicle the tight race between Kevin VanDam and Jay Yelas for the Land O’Lakes Angler-of-the-Year title.

– You’ll meet the first-time finalist who won the co-angler title at Champlain.

– Pro Larry Nixon will tell his secrets about fishing muddy water.

– Pro Wes Thomas will talk about fishing with a wacky worm.

– You’ll see why tails are wagging in the Family Fun Zone.

– And we’ll relive some of our favorite moments of the past six months in a video salute to the 2002 FLW season.
