MANY, La. – Michael Neal called it earlier this week when he said Drew Gill would be a rookie to keep an eye on during B&W Trailer Hitches Stage One Presented by Power-Pole, and boy was he ever right. The 21-year-old Illinois pro spent Day 3 dueling with Jacob Wheeler for the top spot in Group A, easily clearing the 100-pound mark for his two qualifying days and cruising into Saturday’s Knockout Round.
