Drive to Lake Erie, Sandusky, Ohio

We’re headed off to Lake Erie for the third out of four EverStart Northern Division tournaments. Dan was planning to leave bright and early this morning, but last night my niece and I went to an Aaron Carter concert and returned home late. She slept over our house, and as she is quite the morning person she was up by 6:00am. After taking her home, Dan and I began packing the truck. By the time we were done it was 1:00 when we drove out of the driveway. Once again we’re tenting-it for this trip (no motor home,) so have just the boat and the truck. We knew it was going to be a long night, so we prepared ourselves with audiotapes for the drive, pillows for the passenger, and we kept switching drivers throughout the night.
