MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Stratos Boats garnered the boating industry’s highest honor for customer satisfaction by earning the 2003 Marine Industry CSI recognition for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. Stratos was honored in the Fiberglass Outboard Boats category.
The Marine Industry CSI Program was launched two years ago by the National Marine Manufacturers Association to raise the bar on customer satisfaction in the boating industry. The NMMA is a grass-roots organization dedicated to creating, promoting and protecting an environment where its members can achieve success through manufacturing and selling their products and servicing their customers.
The award was presented at the Miami International Boat Show earlier this month and is based on Stratos owners’ satisfaction with the product.
“During the past two years, Stratos has mounted a substantial effort to attain outstanding customer service,” said Gary Clouse, president of Stratos Boats. “This third-party recognition validates that effort.”
“With the wide number of recreational choices facing today’s consumer, quality in both the product and service experience is critical to attracting and retaining customers for boating,” noted Thom Dammirch, president of NMMA. “We congratulate Stratos for their efforts in raising the bar on customer satisfaction in the boating industry.”
