Have you ever wanted to share photos of a great catch or your child’s first fish with a national audience? Do you have any insightful comments about fishing, FLW Outdoors tournament trails or the state of the fishing industry in general? Well, if you do, the editors of FLWOutdoors.com want to hear from you. For the first time, FLWOutdoors.com is giving readers a chance to communicate their thoughts and share their best photos with hundreds of thousands of fishing enthusiasts on a weekly basis.
Starting immediately, FLWOutdoors.com will begin accepting reader submissions for both the “Catch of the Week” and “Reader Mailbag” features – two new interactive segments that will be prominently displayed on the FLWOutdoors.com homepage.
Catch of the Week
If you’d like to submit a photo for our “Catch of the Week” section, please include your name, address, photo caption and a brief story explaining the events leading up to the catch. To submit your “Catch of the Week” photo, simply click here and follow the instructions. Note: Currently, FLWOutdoors.com is only accepting digital photography.
Reader Mailbag
If you are interested in submitting a “Reader Mailbag” comment to FLWOutdoors.com, click here. Although the “Reader Mailbag” section will cover a variety of topics, make sure that your comments are no longer than 200 words and that they are of interest to most readers. Note: Comments may be slightly edited for grammar and punctuation.
Ultimately the goal of the new “Catch of the Week” and “Reader Mailbag” features is to bring readers closer together so that everyone can share the joys and challenges of one of the fastest growing sports in the country. So whether you comments are serious or lighthearted, or whether your photos are eye-opening or hilarious, FLWOutdoors.com is dedicated to providing a forum where everyone has an opportunity to participate.
