Five-time Forrest Wood Cup qualifier Mike Surman will be making a personal appearance on Friday, June 1 in LaGrange, Ga., and again on Saturday, June 2 at the Castrol Premium Lube Express’s Grand Re-Opening and Customer Appreciation Day in Dacula, Ga., to sign autographs, talk fishing and meet with area bass-fishing fans.

The July 1 event will take place at Lee’s Crossing Tires and Service, located at 2472 West Point Road in LaGrange, Ga., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The July 2 event will take place at the Castrol Premium Lube Express, located at 2713 Braselton Highway in Dacula, Ga., from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In addition to signing autographs, Surman will demonstrate fishing techniques, talk strategies and conduct a casting contest. Fishing enthusiasts will also enjoy free hamburgers and hotdogs while supplies last and be able to participate in giveaways, carwashes and free oil changes (depending on location).

Since turning pro in 1995, Mike has logged 19 top-10 finishes at FLW-related events, including an FLW Tour victory on Lake Okeechobee in 1996. Throughout his professional fishing career, Surman has earned nearly $850,000.
