Charlie Evans to discuss 2003 FLW Tour season
DALLAS – This Sunday “FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart” will focus on the Wal-Mart FLW Tour and feature discussions on football and Texas fishing. Scheduled to visit are FLW Outdoors Executive Vice President Charlie Evans, DallasCowboys.com writer Nick Eatman and the Great Texas Bass Club’s general manager Derek Stratton.
Evans, who is also a co-host for “FLW Outdoors” on the Outdoor Life Network, will join the radio crew to discuss various aspects of the world’s most lucrative bass-tournament series, which just wrapped up its third stop on South Carolina’s Lake Murray. The tour is gearing up for the $1.26 million Wal-Mart Open April 9-12 on Arkansas’ Beaver Lake. Also in the studio to talk fishing is Stratton, who will give fishing reports for lakes throughout Texas including Sam Rayburn, Lake Fork and Lake Hubbard. Eatman, a regular guest on “FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart,” will give listeners a head start on the football season by previewing the NFL draft.
