7 UP pro Shad Schenck to be featured

DALLAS – This week on “FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart,” hosts Keith Lebowitz and Tony Casillas will catch up with Team 7 UP pro angler Shad Schenck of Waynetown, Ind., who recently placed fifth at the Wal-Mart FLW Tour Championship presented by Castrol. Also on hand will be Ric Renner, anchor reporter for Fox Sports Net, who will give a recap of the Dallas Cowboys’ amazing win last Monday.

Landing in fifth place at the championship – which took place Sept. 10-13 in Richmond, Va. – scored Schenck a check for $30,000, his largest payday to date for his best finish in two championship appearances. He will talk about what it was like to fish the James River and compete against the best 48 anglers in the world. He will also tell listeners how he is preparing for next season.

Renner, known for his colorful antics on the air, will talk about the Cowboys’ overtime win Monday against the New York Giants. He will also discuss his friend and Cowboys head coach, Bill Parcells, and what the Cowboys have in store for the remainder of the season.

“FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart” is broadcast throughout Texas and parts of Oklahoma every Sunday from 8-10 a.m. Central time on Fox Sports 1190 AM KFXR in Dallas. Each week listeners can tune in for a live fishing report from Rush Holson. Audio and boards are controlled by Adam Wilmore.
