Slots are still available in the Pro Division for the Wal-Mart Texas Tournament Trail event on Lake Texoma in Sherman, Texas, April 24-25. Entry fees are $350 for pros and $100 for co-anglers and will be accepted by phone by calling (270) 252-1000 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time Monday-Friday. Entries will also be accepted online by clicking on the “Tournament Registration” link on the left-hand navigation column at FLWOutdoors.com.
Anglers may also submit entries at tournament registration April 23 from 4-7 p.m. at Kidd-Key Auditorium, located at 405 N. Elm in Sherman, Texas. A $25 late fee also applies to entries taken on site along with a $25 membership fee for anglers who are not yet members of FLW Outdoors.
The Lake Texoma event is hosted by the Sherman, Texas, Department of Tourism, and anglers will launch from Highport Marina, located at 120 Texoma Harbor Drive in Pottsboro, Texas, at 6:30 a.m. both competition days. Saturday’s weigh-in will also be held at Highport Marina, and the final weigh-in Sunday will be held at the Wal-Mart store located at 401 E. Highway 82 in Sherman, Texas.
The tournament will pay out as much as $205,500 in cash and prizes based on full fields. The winning pro can earn as much as $65,000 in cash and prizes, including a 519VS Ranger boat.
