Spokane, Washington’s Luke Clausen – the winner from the West – talks about how he outfished 48 of the world’s best bass anglers on the way to a $500,000 payday at the season-ending FLW Tour Championship, which took place Aug. 11-14 on Alabama’s Logan Martin lake. Not only did Clausen win the prestigious event in wire-to-wire fashion, he did it in his rookie year on tour.

Bass-fishing legend and “FLW Outdoors” TV co-host Hank Parker, a two-time Bassmaster Classic winner, talks about the growth of professional fishing as a sport and FLW Outdoors’ role in that sea change. He reflects on the excitement of the 2004 Wal-Mart FLW Tour Championship and what it means to win such a high-caliber championship.

Also on the program is Banana Boat pro Kevin Vida of Clare, Mich., who placed sixth at the championship, winning $24,000. Vida is a four-year FLW Tour pro with an impressive six wins and 22 top-10 finishes in FLW Outdoors events. He will offer tips on fishing crankbaits and fishing near docks.
