MINNEAPOLIS – Tune in Sunday, March 25, to “FLW Outdoors” on FSN for the conclusion of the $1 million Wal-Mart FLW Tour event presented by Kellogg’s on Lake Travis in Austin, Texas. Watch as co-hosts Charlie Evans and Keith Lebowitz take viewers through the final weigh-in and award the winning pro angler $125,000. The one-hour show is the second of a two-part series covering the first event of the $9.5 million FLW Tour season.

PTSI pro Ron Shuffield finished day two on Lake Travis in fifth place. The March 25 show features an all-access segment with angling legend and PTSI pro Ron Shuffield. The former BASS star grabbed the fifth pro qualifying spot with a two-day weight of 22 pounds, 6 ounces. He caught 10 bass during the opening round, but none were more important than his 7-pound, 2-ounce kicker. That fish anchored his five-bass limit on day two that weighed 13 pounds, 2 ounces.

The veteran angler from Bismarck, Ark., is using a 3/4-ounce football-head jig with a twin-tail trailer. He’s catching his fish in anywhere from 12 to 35 feet of water. On day one, nearly all of his fish came from 30 feet or deeper. On day two, he had to adjust as his fish repositioned shallower. With seven tour-level victories to his name, Shuffield knows what it takes to win on bass fishing’s highest level.

Dave Lefebre's opening-round total of 26 pounds, 10 ounces was the best among a field of 200 pros. While Shuffield used one giant kicker as his ticket to the top 10, Kellogg’s pro Dave Lefebre is consistently catching 3- and 4-pound bass on a lake chock-full with 13-inchers. Lefebre caught the heaviest limit on day two and finished the opening round with a two-day total of 26 pounds, 10 ounces. In the Duracell Angler Spotlight, the Union City, Pa., native gives viewers an inside look at his competitive spirit – both in fishing and ping pong.

FSN also flashes back to Tylenol pro Gabe Bolivar’s 2006 FLW Tour season. A popular western pro, Bolivar won the Gain Rookie of the Year award and nearly captured the Land O’Lakes Angler of the Year award. Watch as Bolivar discusses his first season on the Tour and relays an interesting story about an off-season mishap involving his ROY trophy.

Pro Scott Martin shows off the biggest bass of the tournament thus far. This Lake Travis monster weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces. In addition, National Guard pro Scott Martin of Clewiston, Fla., participates in this edition of Fishing 101. Martin, who caught an 8-pound, 12-ounce lunker on day two, shows fans how to use braided line and fluorocarbon leaders when fishing deep impoundments like Lake Travis.
