One pro angler is going to win $300,000 at the Forrest Wood Cup presented by Walmart Aug. 4-7 on Wheeler Lake in Huntsville, Ala. That’s good for him.
For fans, the chance to win is pretty good too. FLW and its partners and sponsors have lined up a sweet selection of giveaway prizes for the Cup and the accompanying FLW Expo, ranging from a tricked-out bass boat to a fishing trip with Jimmy Houston.

The “Ultimate Fishing Experience” presented by Quaker State
Join in on any seminar during the FLW Expo at the Von Braun Center to earn an entry into the “Ultimate Fishing Experience” giveaway presented by Quaker State. One visitor (plus a guest) will win a fishing trip with Jimmy Houston and Hank Parker on Houston’s private lake in Oklahoma. A $500 Shell gas card is included with the prize package to cover travel expenses for the once-in-a-lifetime trip.
Ranger Z521C powered by Mercury giveaway presented by WAFF 48
One lucky fan will win a new Ranger Z521C powered by a 250-hp Mercury following the final weigh-in on Sunday, Aug. 7. The winner of the giveaway, which is presented by WAFF 48, will be selected at random. When the doors open at the FLW Expo at the Von Braun Center at 10 a.m. on Aug. 6 and 7, the first 500 children ages 14 and under will receive a voucher for a free Kid Casters SpongeBob SquarePants, Steinhauser Deluxe, or Dora and Friends no-tangle rod-and-reel combo. Tickets can be redeemed for the combos at the main exits of Propst Arena following those days weigh-ins.

Members get more at FLW. Stop by the FLW membership booth during expo hours Friday-Sunday to enter product raffles for the chance to win some awesome prizes. The prize list includes products from FLW, Strike King, Buck Knives, Navionics and GoPro plus two passes to meet country music artist Dustin Lynch. Product winners will be announced at the FLW membership booth on Friday and Saturday at 3:30 p.m., and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Need not be present to win.
