For the first time, over three generations of Hibdon bass fishing knowledge is available to the public. Hibdon Fishing 101 gives you access to their combined century of award winning fishing experience. The Hibdon’s professional and extensive knowledge is now available to the public through these private lectures.

Exclusive access to their methods, bait recommendations and expertise can give you an edge to increase your performance and success. The conclusion of this two-day course will leave you a more confident and knowledgeable fisherman.

Students at the Hibdon’s School of Fishing will find the private lectures and round table learning environment refreshing. Intimate class sizes will allow the Hibdon’s School of Fishing students opportunities to interact and ask questions of the Hibdons as they cover basic fishing fundamentals in addition to addressing advance fishing techniques.

The initial course covers breaking down a lake or tidal river, map study, patterning a lake, selecting rods, reels, and fishing line, lure selection, when to change lures, basic lure building, skirt making, fishing boat docks, fishing plastic worms, fishing aquatic vegetation, how to fish cold fronts, winning tournament techniques and sponsorship and business side of pro bass fishing. The Hibdon’s are also going to talk in-depth about techniques like Carolina rigging, drop-shotting, and Texas rigging.

The school will include a special round table where anglers can ask questions and learn more from Guido, Dion and Payden.

In addition to the wealth of information you will receive during this unique weekend, you will also be eligible to win a day of fishing with a Hibdon (winner will be randomly selected at the end of the course). You will get to experience the lessons in action and ask the questions you have always wanted answered.
