GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Adrian Avena of team B&W Trailer Hitches nearly caught enough bass to single-handedly win the Wild Card round of the Lucas Oil Qualifier Presented by B&W Trailer Hitches. With 27 bass weighing 44 pounds, 4 ounces to his name, Avena combined with Spencer Shuffield and Ryan Salzman to build a 45-15 margin over team Sqwincher and earn qualification to the Bass Pro Shops Team Series Championship.

Team Sqwincher (Dustin Connell, Cole Floyd and Roy Hawk) finished the two-team match with 26 bass for 48-13.

The MLF General Tire Team Series Lucas Oil Qualifier Presented by B&W Trailer Hitches will air on Outdoor Channel as six two-hour original episodes each Saturday afternoon starting Jan. 6, 2024, airing from 2-4 p.m. EDT.
