GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The tournament took place on Muskegon and Bear Lake, but it was all Crockett Creek during the second match of the semifinals at the Lucas Oil Qualifier Presented by B&W Trailer Hitches. James Elam led the charge with 38 bass weighing 75 pounds, 9 ounces for a Team Crockett Creek total of 74 bass weighing 132 pounds, 13 ounces granting him, Matt Lee and team captain Johnathon VanDam a spot at the Bass Pro Shops Team Series Championship.
Meanwhile, second-place Team Sqwincher’s Dustin Connell, Cole Floyd and Roy Hawk will head to the Wild Card round thanks to their 70 bass weighing 121-1.
