“FLW Arkansas” TV Show Premieres in April
Show to feature Arkansas-area anglers competing in FLW Bass Fishing League and Costa FLW Series tournaments
FLW announced today that it has partnered with Wing Media Group to debut a new television program, FLW Arkansas, which will premiere this fall in the Little Rock television market. The eight-episode series, presented by Superior Auto Group, will showcase the FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Arkie Division events along with the Costa FLW Series tournament on Lake Dardanelle.
The show will premiere on April 9. The first episode documents the March 5 BFL tournament on Lake Ouachita. Subsequent new episodes of FLW Arkansas will air approximately one month after each tournament takes place. They’ll air on Saturday afternoons at 4:30 p.m. on CW affiliate KASN and will re-air the following Monday at 5:30 a.m. on Fox affiliate KLRT. The show will be hosted by Carlton Wing, who has previous experience as a news anchor at Little Rock’s KARK and as host of the FLW national television show.
“As a native Arkansan, I am personally thrilled for the opportunity to produce FLW Arkansas,” Wing says. “Viewers will get to see the best anglers in the state competing in the nation’s best tournament organization. The educational component will help everyone enjoy the great fishing that we have here in the Natural State.”
Tournaments to be showcased on FLW Arkansas are listed below. Dates listed are tournament dates. Shows will air approximately one month following each tournament.

• Lake Dardanelle Costa FLW Series – Russellville, Ark. – April 2
• DeGray Lake BFL – Arkadelphia, Ark. – April 23
• Lake Ouachita BFL – Hot Springs, Ark. – June 4
• Lake Dardanelle BFL – Russellville, Ark. – July 9
• Lake Dardanelle BFL Super Tournament – Russellville, Ark. – Aug. 27-28
• Lake Dardanelle BFL Regional – Russellville, Ark. – Oct. 27-29
In addition to the tournament shows, the final episode of the FLW Arkansas season will be a “best-of” highlight show that recaps the season.

The entire eight-episode season of FLW Arkansas will re-air in consecutive weeks this fall. The show will air at least 32 times through the end of the year.
