MINNEAPOLIS – Tune in Sunday, March 13, to “FLW Outdoors” on FSN for the conclusion of the $900,000 Wal-Mart FLW Tour event on Lake Tohopekaliga. Watch as co-hosts Charlie Evans and Keith Lebowitz take viewers through the final weigh-in and award the winning pro angler $100,000.

The one-hour show is the second of a two-part series covering the second event of the 2005 FLW Tour season. On-the-water cameras give viewers an intimate look at the 10 finalists who compete for a career-changing top prize. All anglers start day three at zero weight, with the winning pro determined on day four based on the heaviest two-day weight. Finalists are survivors of two days of qualifying competition that pitted them against a field of the world’s best bass anglers.

The show presents a feature about Lakeland, Fla., native and FLW Tour rookie Bobby Lane. Lane placed seventh at the FLW Tour event on Lake Okeechobee in January and predicted similar success in the second event of the FLW Tour season. Lane grew up fishing the waters of the Lake Toho chain, and his family owns two cabins on the south end of Lake Kissimmee. In only the second tournament of his FLW Tour career, Lane has once again made the top-10 cut and has positioned himself for an unforgettable homecoming.

FSN also speaks with a group of rising FLW Tour pros known as the “next generation.” This prestigious group of young anglers consists of Lane, J.T. Kenney, Scott Martin and Luke Clausen, the winner of the 2004 Forrest L. Wood Championship. Not only is this group successful on the water, they are also redefining the sport and what it means to be a pro fisherman.

FSN is the industry leader in providing the most up-to-date technology in television production. FSN puts viewers in the boats with the pros, shadowing them from sunrise until the final weigh-in using innovative camerawork that gives fishing fans the most intimate viewing experience available.

FSN broadcasts “FLW Outdoors” Sundays from 11 a.m. to noon EST. Check local listings for show times and channels in your area. FLWOutdoors.com also provides an online TV schedule for the program.

During each tournament show, “FLW Outdoors” hosts Evans and Lebowitz go on location to provide on-the-water coverage.
