In an ongoing effort to provide as much interaction between world-class anglers and fishing fans as possible, FLWOutdoors.com has announced the 68th installment of FLW Live Reel Chat. On Tuesday, May 28 at 2 p.m. Central time (3 p.m. ET), visitors to FLWOutdoors.com will be able to correspond directly with FLW Tour pro Randy Haynes of Counce, Tenn., the winner of the 2013 FLW Tour event on Lake Eufaula, in a special live chat-room format.

Boasting nearly $330,000 in career FLW earnings, Randy Haynes is currently riding one of the best tournament-fishing streaks of his lifetime. After winning the EverStart Series title on Pickwick Lake on May 4, Haynes turned right around and snared the FLW Tour title on Lake Eufaula on May 19 – netting $195,000 in winnings over the past few weeks alone. The Tennessee native also has six FLW wins to his credit since 2008, including four EverStart Series victories, one FLW Tour title and one BFL win. Haynes, who has recorded an additional 12 top-10 finishes despite only fishing in 33 FLW events total, has now finished in the top 50 or better in over 70 percent of the FLW tournaments he’s entered.

Chat directly with Haynes

Participation in the upcoming chat is simple. At the start of the next live chat on May 28, visitors can log on at 2 p.m. Central time and interact directly with Haynes or simply watch the chat unfold online. As always, FLW fishing fans may begin submitting questions immediately.

During the chat fishing fans will be able to ask Haynes about his recent FLW Tour victory on Lake Eufaula, his May 4 title on Pickwick Lake, pose tips-and-technique questions or ask anything else that comes to mind. Again, visitors to FLWOutdoors.com are able to log on and submit questions in advance of the scheduled chat in order to have the first shot at getting their questions answered. It’s also a great way to participate if you’re unable to make the May 28 live chat. However, for those who miss the chat entirely, a transcript of the event will be posted to the site in article form immediately following its conclusion.

In addition, fishing fans who missed out on any previous FLW Live Reel Chats can find links to their full transcripts here.

FLWOutdoors.com will offer the FLW Live Reel Chat format continually, with regularly scheduled chats occurring after each FLW Tour event. Also, additional chats will be added throughout each month as anglers or fishing celebrities become available.
